Yes, come in to one of our showroom, or we can visit you and give you an accurate estimate for the complete project or just the bits you need help with.

We will visit the propery to discuss your requirements and then, if appropriate, we will provide a written quotation and give you a breakdown of how it will all come together.

Yes, you will receive a contract and payment schedule, along with details of statutory insurances.

We have our own team covering plumbing, electricals, heating, decorating and we work closely with window and kitchen professionals, so if you have your own tradesmen you are welcome to use them, but if we take on the complete project we prefer to use our own trusted specialists.

Yes, we can provide you with everything you need and offer advice in advance of any outlay.

That very much depends on what you need. Our specialists are in demand, so lead times are often longer than we would hope. But it is worth relying on the best team and we always do our best to complete work in 12 to 18 weeks from placing the order.

Orders from the showroom should be paid for at the time or ordering. Installation payments wil be explained during the consultation but typically breakdown into three parts with the final payment at the time of fitting.

We would 100% recommend Jag and his team. We had our entire house renovated with a double storey extension last year. At the initial meeting we developed a sense of confidence in him and could see that he had thorough knowledge of the work needed, with the organisational set-up to deliver on time. He liaised with the neighbours, got all inspections done and obtained all approvals on time. We would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to Jagbir and his team at Shah Design & Build for the amazing extension and refurbishment they did at our property in Ickenham. 

We had a single storey rear extension and side-garage conversion, new electricals and plumbing, open-plan kitchen, three bathrooms, utility room plus new doors and windows, skimming and decorating along with underfloor heating. He managed to complete in just over three months. His team is very hard working and stayed late several times to complete their tasks. Jag is very professional, and he understood our needs, accommodating last minute changes to the designs. We are very pleased with the work and finish.

We are only in week 4 and have almost completed the full exterior of the property! I can honestly say we are really blown away by how quick, efficient and seamless the process has been up until now. All credit goes to Jag for taking all the stress out of the project for us.
